In reference to current reports No. 5/2024 of 2 April 2024, 3/2025 of 5 February 2025, 7/2025 of 13 March 2025, and 10/2025 of 3 April 2025, the Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) notifies about receiving information that the Central Securities Depository of Poland (hereinafter referred to as KDPW) issued a statement (hereinafter referred to as the Statement) on assimilation of 506 K series ordinary bearer shares of the Company of the nominal value of PLN 2.50 each, identified with the ISIN code: PLKETY000060 (hereinafter referred to as K Shares) and 6,730 L series ordinary bearer shares of the Company of the nominal value of PLN 2.50 each, identified with the ISIN code: PLKETY000094 (hereinafter referred to as L Shares).
As referred to in the Statement, as of 9 April 2025, KDPW decided to assimilate K Shares and L Shares with the other shares of the Company traded at the Stock Exchange and identified with the ISIN code: PLKETY000011.
Therefore, the precondition of introducing the Shares in trading specified in the current report of the Company No. 10/2025 of 3 April 2025 will be fulfilled on 9 April 2025, and on that day K Shares and L Shares will be introduced to trading at the principal market.
