The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Company or the Issuer), in reference to the current reports No. 4/2021 of 19 February 2021 and No. 5/2021 of 2 March 2021, notifies about receiving information that on 2 March 2021 the Central Securities Depository of Poland (hereinafter referred to as KDPW) issued a communication regarding registration in the Securities Depository of 650 (six hundred and fifty) ordinary bearer shares of H series, with the nominal value of PLN 2.50 (two zlotys 50/100) each, under the ISIN PLKETY000011 code. The registration date for the H series shares in the KDPW Securities Depository will be 4 March 2021.
Legal basis: § 17.1.3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and interim information disclosed by the issuers of securities and conditions of considering equivalent the information required by the laws of a country other than a member state.
