In reference to current reports No. 5/2024 of 2 April 2024 and No. 30/2024 of 11 July 2024, the Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Company or the Issuer) notifies about receiving information that on 2 August 2024 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange passed Resolution No. 1005/2024 on admission to and introduction in stock trading at the Warsaw Stock Exchange principal market of 1,700 K series ordinary bearer shares of the Company (hereinafter referred to as the Resolution).
In compliance with the contents of the Resolution, admitted to trading at the principal market are 1,700 K series ordinary bearer shares of the Company of the nominal value of PLN 2.50 each, identified with the ISIN code: PLKETY000060 (hereinafter referred to as the Shares). Pursuant to the Resolution, the Shares will be introduced to trading at the principal market on 9 August 2024, providing that on 9 August 2024 the Central Securities Depository of Poland assimilates the Shares with the other shares of the Company that are traded at the Stock Exchange and are identified with the ISIN code: PLKETY000011.
