The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Company or the Issuer) informs about the dates of publishing interim reports in 2025:
1) Consolidated quarterly report:
2) Consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2025 on 30 July 2025;
3) Separate and consolidated annual report for 2024 on 27 March 2025.
Moreover, acting pursuant to § 62 Sections 1 and 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and interim information disclosed by the issuers of securities and conditions of considering equivalent the information required by the laws of a country other than a member state (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation), the Management Board informs about its intent not to publish individually the separate quarterly reports and separate semi-annual report for the Company. The consolidated quarterly reports shall comprise quarterly financial information for the Issuer, and the consolidated semi-annual report shall comprise condensed semi-annual financial statements of the Issuer and a report of the audit firm on the statements review.
At the same time, the Company informs that in accordance with § 79.2 of the Regulation, it is not going to publish its separate and consolidated quarterly report for Q.4, 2024 or Q.2, 2025.
