The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A., (hereinafter referred to as ‘Issuer’) informs that on 22 April 2025 it adopted the Development Strategy of the Capital Group of Grupa Kęty S.A. for the years 2025-2029 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Strategy’), which was approved by the Supervisory Board of the Company.
The Issuer encloses the key elements of the Strategy.
