The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) hereby informs about today’s receiving from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A., acting on behalf of Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU ‘Złota Jesień’ (hereinafter referred to as OFE PZU) and Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny PZU (hereinafter referred to as DFE PZU), of a delayed notification on a change in the total number of shares held and percentage in the total number of votes in the Annual General Meeting of the Company held by OFE PZU and DFE PZU.
