The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Company or the Issuer) informs that on 22 November 2024 it made a decision on the acceptance of the terms and conditions presented by Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) as regards amendment of the terms of a multipurpose credit facility agreement concluded with the Bank, about which the Issuer informed in current report No. 28/2023 of 4 December 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), and signing an annex to the Agreement together with the other borrowers under that Agreement.
Pursuant to the annex, the maturity date of the credit facility worth PLN 400 million will be postponed to 31 May 2027. Moreover, the Issuer’s subsidiary Selt Sp. z o.o. stepped into the agreement as a borrower and a joint and several debtor of the Bank.
The other terms and conditions of the amended Agreement comply with those generally applicable to such agreements.
