The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer” or the “Company”) informs that today, i.e. 18 September 2019, the Supervisory Board of the Company has passed a resolution on appointing Mr Rafał Warpechowski Member of the Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. starting from 1 October 2019. The resolution comes into force on the date of its passing.
In accordance with statement submitted by Mr Rafał Warpechowski, he does not run any business competitive to the Company, does not participate in a competitive company as a partner of a private partnership, association of persons or a capital company, does not participate in another competitive legal person as a member of its authorities, nor has been entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
The information about the education, qualifications, former positions and professional experience of the newly appointed Member of the Management Board has been included in the Annex to this current report.
