Within the programme we invited our employees to engage in the activities under the Climate Policy.🌏
In 2024, there were reported 9 suggestions, out of which 8 were implemented and honoured was a project consisting in limiting energy consumption 😊💚 in the dedusting process at the melting and casting line by installing an inverter for the fan of the dust filter in the melting furnace door hood.💪👏
The project implementation has considerably reduced energy consumption ⬇️✅ in the process of aluminium remelting, thus increasing energy efficiency of the system of billets manufacturing of 6xxx series alloys. 💪😊 Reduction of electric energy consumptions translates into lower greenhouse gas emissions related to the electric energy purchased by the plant. This fulfils the criteria of the ‘Green Group’ programme compliant with the Climate Policy of Grupa Kęty S.A. 👏👏👏
