As part of ‘Get to Know our Group’ programme, five children supported by the Foundation enjoyed the opportunity to visit Slovenia from 29 August to 1 August 2017.
During the trip, the group of children travelled more than 1900 km visiting Ljubljana, Maribor, Ptuj, beautiful Lake Bled and Piran on the Adriatic Sea. In Slovenska Bistrica, the children met the representatives of Aluminium Kety EMMI d.o.o. which is part of the Group.
As part of ‘Get to Know our Group’ programme, the Foundation wants to teach teenagers how to be open to other cultures and the world, to encourage them to travel and to learn foreign languages.
Such trips are always combined with sightseeing and the meeting in one of the Group companies. In the previous three editions of the programme, young people visited Budapest, Prague, Milan and Venice.
