In April, the Human Resources Department organised meetings with the potential future candidates for work.
The students of a technical school in Kęty with major in IT as well as a vocational school in Kęty had the opportunity to get acquainted with the Company.
The youths visited the Aluminium Processing Plant, the Soft Alloys Plant and the Logistics Warehouse. Further, the students were invited to a short meeting with the staff of the Operations Maintenance Department and IT Department, where they learnt a lot about working at those units. Additionally, the HR Department told the future candidates for work about the recruitment process at Grupa Kęty and all of them received a template for CV writing and corporate gifts.
