The Foundation has introduced a new, original project to the portfolio of programs offered to those under the care of foundations – that is, children and young people from care and education centers in Podbeskidzie.
Crown of Polish Mountains – is a project to acquire 28 peaks over 2 years. The project started in the fourth quarter of 2018 and will last until 2020. As part of volunteering, the project is supported by the PTT Bielsko-Biała branch and employees of the Capital Group.
One of our priorities is to equalize the chances of children from care and education institutions – says M.Sobczak, the president of the foundation. We are looking for various forms of activity for them. The Crown of Polish Mountains proved to be a hit! Youth very willingly signed up for the project. We have bought all the relevant books, we have equipped with good footwear and other things needed for the trips. The logo of the program was designed by children from the Orphanage in Żywiec, who have not yet missed a single peak.
