The International Meeting Center in Oświęcim is an institution of extracurricular education. It is a place of intergenerational meetings, a forum for the exchange of ideas, understanding between nations, dialogue across cultural and social boundaries.
The task of the MDS is to prepare young people for committed action against racism, anti-Semitism and other forms of exclusion, and to strengthen their attitudes in favor of courageously defending civil and human rights, peace, equality and social justice. One of the activities of the International Meeting Center is the Poster Biennale Exhibition – where artists dealing with poster art show the most pressing problems of the world, not only this great but also our small backyard.
This year’s theme is human rights.
Grupa Kęty S.A. became one of the partners of the Biennale. as a signatory to the Global Compact, it supports and develops 10 principles, including Human Rights, 1. Supporting and observing human rights adopted by the international community.
