The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Company or the Issuer), in reference to the current reports Nos 3/2025 of 5 February 2025, 40/2025 of 16 December 2025 and 35/2026 of 11 September 2026, notifies about receiving information that on 18 September 2026 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange passed Resolution No. 1326/2026 (hereinafter referred to as Resolution) on admission to and introduction in stock trading at the Warsaw Stock Exchange principal market of:
Pursuant to the contents of the Resolution, the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange decided to introduce the aforesaid shares of the Issuer in trading at the principal market on 25 September 2026, providing that on 25 September 2026 the Central Securities Depository of Poland assimilates the Shares with the listed shares of the Company identified with the PLKETY000011 code.
