KDPW’s decision on assimilation of L series shares

The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter: the Company), in reference to current reports No. 40/2025 of 16 December 2025, No. 31/2026 of 13 July 2026 and No. 32/2026 of 17 July 2026, hereby advises that it has been informed that the Central Securities Depository of Poland (hereinafter: KDPW) issued a statement (hereinafter: the Statement) on assimilation of:

  • 1000 L series ordinary bearer shares of the Company identified by the ISIN PLKETY000094 code;
  • 491 L series ordinary bearer shares of the Company identified by the ISIN PLKETY000102 code;

of the nominal value of PLN 2.50 each (hereinafter: the Shares).

As referred to in the Statement, as of 23 July 2026, KDPW decided to assimilate the Shares with the other shares of the Company traded at the stock exchange, identified by the ISIN code: PLKETY000011.

Therefore, the precondition of introducing the Shares to trading referred to in current report No. 32/2026 of 17 July 2026 will be fulfilled on 23 July 2026, and on that day the Shares will be introduced to trading at the main market.
