(hereinafter: the Company or the Issuer), in reference to current reports No. 40/2025 of 16 December 2025 and No. 31/2026 of 13 July 2026, hereby advises that it has been informed that on 16 July 2026 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) passed Resolution No. 1072/2026 (hereinafter: Resolution) on admission and introduction to stock trading at the WSE Main Market of:
Pursuant to the Resolution, the WSE Management Board resolves to introduce the aforesaid shares of the Issuer to trading on the main market as of 23 July 2026, provided that on 23 July 2026 the Central Securities Depository of Poland assimilates the shares with the listed shares of the Company identified by the PLKETY000011 code.
