The Court registers amendments to the Issuer’s Articles of Association

The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter: the Company) hereby advises that it has received today a decision confirming that on 7 July 2026 the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 12^th Commercial Division of the National Court Register (KRS), registered amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association adopted by Resolutions No. 20/26 and 23/26 of the Annual General Meeting on 18 June 2026.

The amendments to the Articles of Association consisted of:

I. amending § 7(1) and (2) of the Company’s Articles of Association to read as follows:

1. The share capital of the Company amounts to PLN 24,645,680.00 (say: twenty four million six hundred and forty five thousand six hundred and eighty zlotys 00/100).
2. The share capital is divided into 9,858,272 (say: nine million eight hundred and fifty eight thousand two hundred and seventy two) shares paid up in cash, of the nominal value of PLN 2.50 (say: two zlotys 50/100) each.
3. amending §7(4)(9) and (10) of the Company’s Articles of Association to read as follows:

9) 88,000 (say: eighty eight thousand) K series shares;

10) 120,120 (say: one hundred and twenty thousand one hundred and twenty) L series shares.

The Company hereby encloses the consolidated text of the Articles of Association.
