The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) presents below a list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of votes in the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 18 June 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the AGM):
1) Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 1,632,000 shares entitling to 1,632,000 votes, which was equivalent to 22.42% of the number of votes represented at the AGM and 16.55% of the total number of votes;
2) Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 1,350,000 shares entitling to 1,350,000 votes, which was equivalent to 18.55% of the number of votes represented at the AGM and 13.69% of the total number of votes;
3) Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU “Złota Jesień” – 872,297 shares entitling to 872,297 votes, which was equivalent to 11.99% of the number of votes represented at the AGM and 8.85% of the total number of votes;
4) Generali Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 784,074 shares entitling to 784,074 votes, which was equivalent to 10.77% of the number of votes represented at the AGM and 7.95% of the total number of votes;
5) Vienna Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 547,998 shares entitling to 547,998 votes, which was equivalent to 7.53% of the number of votes represented at the AGM and 5.56% of the total number of votes;
6) UNIQA Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 390,239 shares entitling to 390,239 votes, which was equivalent to 5.36% of the number of votes represented at the AGM and 3.96% of the total number of votes.
