KDPW’s decision on assimilation of L and K series shares

In reference to current reports No. 5/2024 of 2 April 2024, No. 3/2025 of 5 February 2025, No. 40/2025 of 16 December 2025, No. 20/2026 of 14 May 2026, and No. 22/2026 of 27 May 2026, the Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) notifies about receiving information that the Central Securities Depository of Poland (hereinafter referred to as KDPW) issued a statement (hereinafter referred to as the Statement) on assimilation of:

• 2,500 K series ordinary bearer shares of the Company identified by the ISIN PLKETY000060 code;
• 199 L series ordinary bearer shares of the Company identified by the ISIN PLKETY000094 code;
• 13,160 L series ordinary bearer shares of the Company identified by the ISIN PLKETY000102 code;

of the nominal value of PLN 2.50 each (hereinafter referred to as the Shares).

As referred to in the Statement, as of 3 June 2026, KDPW decided to assimilate the Shares with the other shares of the Company traded at the Stock Exchange identified by the ISIN PLKETY000011 code.

Therefore, the precondition of introducing the Shares in trading specified in the current report of the Company No. 22/2026 of 27 May 2026 will be fulfilled on 3 June 2026, and on that day the Shares will be introduced in trading at the principal market.
