The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Issuer or the Company), in reference to the current report No. 8/2026 of 28 January 2026, informs that today it has made a decision on updating the calendar of corporate events for the year 2026 available on the Company website under the Investor Relations/Grupa Kęty at Warsaw Stock Exchange/Corporate Calendar tab, by changing the planned date of the Annual General Meeting from 27 May 2026 to 18 June 2026.
The other dates of corporate events in 2026 remain unchanged.
