We are proud to present an initiative which has already been carried out for three years at the Sun‑shading Systems Segment. The Technical Support Department headed by Agata Brandt, the ladies of the Awnings Department in Rogów Opolski and Production Manager Paweł Szewczyk successfully carry out the initiative of giving a new life to production materials.
What could become a waste is transformed in their hands in something valuable. It starts as a thought, which is then turned into design, and finally transformed into a new product. That way, the production left-overs gain a completely new application.
Thanks to the creative approach of the Team, materials which are not easy to dispose of are remade into mats or cushions donated to animal shelters, as an example. That small gesture actually improves the comfort of animals awaiting new homes.
Such activities show that environmental responsibility may be combined with resourcefulness and social sensitivity. Using materials, which would otherwise be difficult to manage, we not only limit the quantity of waste but also create something good for others. On 10 March, the representatives of our Company donated the mats and cushions to the shelter in Oława 😊. Congratulations to our colleagues for their engagement as well as environmental and social sensitivity.
