The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Company or the Issuer) informs about the dates of publishing interim reports in 2026:
1) Consolidated quarterly report:
2) Consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2026 on 29 July 2026;
3) Separate and consolidated annual report for 2025 on 26 March 2026.
Moreover, acting pursuant to § 63 Sections 1 and 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and interim information disclosed by the issuers of securities and conditions of considering equivalent the information required by the laws of a country other than a member state (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation), the Company Management Board informs about its intent not to publish individually the separate quarterly reports and separate semi-annual report for the Company. The consolidated quarterly reports shall comprise quarterly financial information for the Issuer, and the consolidated semi-annual report shall comprise condensed semi-annual financial statements of the Issuer and a report of the audit firm on the statements review.
At the same time, the Company informs that in accordance with § 83.2 of the Regulation, it is not going to publish its consolidated quarterly report for Q.4, 2025 or Q.2, 2026.
