“Our Company has been following this path for years and now, for the first time, we have reported data from this area. In accordance with the transparency principle, which underpins our Company’s communications efforts, we have prepared the declaration on non-financial data on the basis of the GRI standard indicators and guidelines.
This is the beginning of our journey related to the non-financial data reporting. Following the path described in our Code of Ethics, which says:
«We are aware that our actions should be constantly developed and improved, hence, on the one hand, we are open to the exchange of experiences and the inspiration from good practices of our business environment, and, on the other hand, with our behaviour and management methods, we seek to set example to other market players,» we will develop and improve this process,” adds M. Sobczak.
