The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. hereby informs that, in relation to the issue of series H, I and J bonds with the pre-emptive right to subscribe for series G ordinary bearer shares (the Company informed about it in current report No. 38/2015 of 26.06.2015), which are an element of the implementation of the incentive programme for the management staff of Grupa Kęty and its subsidiaries (‘Eligible Persons’), and due to the fact of the failure to grant a part of series H bonds to Eligible Persons, on 2 July 2018 the Company bought back from the Trustee, i.e. Dom Maklerski TRIGON S.A., 38,191 (thirty eight thousand one hundred and ninety one) series H bonds at a nominal price of 0.01 PLN per share. The total amount of the buy-back is 381.91 PLN. The bonds have been cancelled.
