The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. hereby notifies that the Supervisory Board, at its meeting held on 23 March 2015, appointed Members of the Management Board for the ninth term of office of three years. The Management Board will comprise the existing members, i.e.:
1. Dariusz Mańko, President of the Management Board, Chief Executive Officer
2. Adam Piela, Member of the Management Board, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Dariusz Mańko has higher technical education. He also graduated from Agricultural Academy in Poznań and from postgraduate studies “Managing finances of enterprises” at Akademia Ekonomiczna (Academy of Economics) in Katowice; he also participated in numerous management, marketing and business courses in Poland and abroad. His career has been associated with Grupa Kęty S.A. since 1996. In the years 1996-1999, he was Director of the Extruded Products Segment. From 1999 to 2005, he was President of the Management Board and CEO of Aluprof S.A., a company of the Capital Group. In the years 2000-2005, he was a Member of the Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. He has been President of the Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. since 2005.
Mr. Dariusz Mańko is neither a partner in any competitive civil law partnership or any other partnership nor a member of the authorities of any competitive company or any other competitive legal person. Furthermore, Mr. Dariusz Mańko has not been entered into the Insolvent Debtors Register kept pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
Mr. Adam Piela has higher economic education. He graduated from the Management Faculty in the Economic Academy in Kraków (major in accounting) and from postgraduate studies in financial engineering in Śląska Międzynarodowa Szkoła Handlowa (Silesian International Business School). He has worked for Grupa Kęty S.A. since 2000. In 2000-2005, he was the manager of the Controlling Department. In the years 2005-2006, he worked as President of the Management Board of Dekret-Centrum Rachunkowe (a wholly-owned company of Grupa Kęty S.A.), and since 1 January 2006, he has been the Chief Financial Officer of Grupa Kęty S.A.
