The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or the “Issuer”) informs that today, i.e. 21 May 2019, it received from Mr Adam Piela a declaration on his resignation from the function of a Member of the Management Board of the Issuer effective from 31 May 2019.
In accordance with the contents of the declaration, the resignation is justified with private reasons.
Legal basis: § 5. 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and interim information disclosed by the issuers of securities and conditions of considering equivalent the information required by the laws of a country other than a member state.
