The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (“the Company”) hereby informs that on 10 May 2017 the Company received a notification from Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny represented by Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A., stating that it intends to propose Mr Bartosz Kazimierczuk as a candidate for an independent Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company during the Ordinary (Annual) General Meeting of Shareholders of Grupa Kęty S.A. to be held on 31 May 2017.
As an attachment to this report, the Company hereby makes available the received notification and the candidate’s CV along with his declaration.
