(“the Company”) hereby informs that on 23 May 2017 the Company received a notification from OFE PZU Złota Jesień”represented by PTE PZU SA, stating that it is proposing Mr Piotr Stępniak as a candidate for a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company during the Ordinary (Annual) General Meeting of Shareholders of Grupa Kęty S.A. to be held on 31 May 2017.
