The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Issuer) informs that on 25 July 2023 it received from Generali Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. a notification informing that in relation to the completion on 21 July 2023 of liquidation of NN Life Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (hereinafter referred to as NN Life) and transfer as at the date of the liquidation of the assets of NN Life to Generali Otwarty Fundusz Emertylany (hereinafter referred to as Generali OFE), the share of Generali OFE in the share capital and the total number of votes at the Issuer exceeded the threshold of 5%.
