The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. hereby notifies, with reference to current report No. 25/2017 of 31 May 2017 and in relation to current report No. 31/2017 of 7 July 2017, that the final number of shares subject to the dividend for shareholders for 2016 amounts to 9,489,980, i.e. 30 PLN per share. The total amount of the dividend is 284,699,400.00 PLN. The dividend day (the date when the right to divided is determined) is 24 August 2017 and the dividend payment date is 7 September 2017 (8 PLN per share) and 23 November 2017 (22 PLN per share).
