Dates of publication of interim financial statements in 2019

The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter the “Company} or “Issuer”) informs herewith about the dates of publication of interim financial statements in 2019:

Consolidated interim financial statements:

• for Q1 2019 –  24 April 2019
• for Q3 2019 – 23 October 2019

Annual separate and consolidated financial statements for the year 2018 – 3 April 2019.

Semi-annual consolidated financial statements for the first half of 2019 – 7 August 2019.

Furthermore, the Management Board informs that:

• pursuant to § 62 section 1 and 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodical reporting to be submitted by issuers of securities (…), the Company states that it will not submit separate individual quarterly financial statements or a separate individual mid-year financial statements. Consolidated interim financial statements will include information submitted by the Issuer covering one quarter of the year, whereas mid-year consolidated financial statements will include condensed financial statements of the Issuer covering one half of the year, including Auditor’s report on the review of financial statements.
