The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) informs that on 14 June 2019, its subsidiary Aluprof S.A. signed a credit agreement with ING Bank Śląski S.A. for the amount of PLN 80,000,000.00.
The credit is intended for financing (which includes advance payments coverage) and refinancing of the capital expenditures incurred starting from 1 January 2018. The credit will be secured with a mortgage on the property of the company and assignment of rights under the property insurance policy. In accordance with the detailed agreement provisions, other forms of collateral are also allowed. The borrower is also going to sign a declaration on the submission to enforcement in the form of a notarised deed, pursuant to Article 777 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
The final deadline for the credit repayment is 31 December 2025. The interest rate on the credit is based on Wibor 3M or 6M, depending on the borrower’s decision for the particular tranches.
The total value of credit agreements concluded with ING Bank Śląski by the Grupa Kęty S.A. Capital Group companies within the last 12 months will amount to PLN 145 million, which includes the aforesaid agreement
