The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Company or the Issuer) informs about a change of the date of public disclosure of the consolidated quarterly report for Q.1, 2021, originally set out for 21 April 2021, as notified in the current report No. 1/2021 of 7 January 2021.
The consolidated quarterly report for Q.1, 2021 will be disclosed in public on 6 May 2021.
The other dates of publishing interim reports in 2021 remain unchanged.
Legal basis: § 80.2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and interim information disclosed by the issuers of securities and conditions of considering equivalent the information required by the laws of a country other than a member state.
