The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Issuer’ or the ‘Company’) informs that on 17 March 2022, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Grupa Kęty S.A. passed a resolution on appointing Ms Anna Włoszek Member of the Company Supervisory Board.
The CV of the new Member of the Supervisory Board and the required declarations were disclosed in public by way of current report No. 9/2022 of 11 March 2022.
