The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer” or the “Company”) informs that today the Supervisory Board of the Company passed a resolution on appointing Mr Roman Przybylski Member of the Management Board starting from 1 January 2024, entrusting him with the function of Vice President of the Management Board, Director for Investments and Development. The resolution came into force on the date of its passing.
In accordance with statement submitted by Mr Roman Przybylski, he does not run any business competitive to the Company, does not participate in a competitive company as a partner of a private partnership, association of persons or a capital company, does not participate in other competitive legal person as a member of its authorities, and has not been entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
The information about the education, qualifications, former positions and professional experience of the newly appointed Member of the Management Board has been included in the Annex to this current report.
