The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. hereby notifies that, on 30 October 2015, the Company received the confirmation of the conclusion of another annex to the overdraft facility agreement of 31.10.2011 concluded by the Company and its subsidiaries (Alupol Packaging S.A., Alupol Packaging Kęty Sp. z o.o., Aluprof S.A., Metalplast – Stolarka Sp. z o.o., Alupol Films Sp z o.o. ) with Bank PEKAO S.A. Pursuant to this annex, the deadline for the payment of the loan was extended by another year, i.e. until 31.10.2016. In the new lending period, the loan amount will be 180,000,000.00 PLN. The agreement has been extended to include Alupol Films Sp. z o.o, and Aluform Sp. z o.o. ceases to be a party to this agreement. The loan amount is the joint total debt of the said companies. The above-mentioned loan is used to finance the current operations of the companies. Pursuant to the specific terms and conditions of the agreement, the companies are jointly and severally liable for the debt under the said agreement. The loan is subject to floating interest rate and equal to the base rate for a given currency plus the Bank’s margin (base rate, i.e. WIBOR 1 M for PLN, EURIBOR 1 M for EUR, LIBOR 1 M for USD).
An agreement is deemed material when its value exceeds 10% of the Issuer’s equity.
