Admitting and introducing series G shares to the stock exchange trade

The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. hereby informs that the Management Board of Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. (the Warsaw Stock Exchange, WSE), pursuant to Resolution No. 559/2018 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange of 1 June 2018 concerning the admitting and introducing series G ordinary bearer shares of Grupa Kęty S.A. to stock exchange trade at the WSE Main List:

1. confirmed that 23,747 (twenty three thousand seven hundred and forty seven) series G ordinary bearer shares of Grupa Kęty S.A. with the nominal value of 2.50 PLN each have been admitted to stock exchange trade on the primary market;
2. decided to introduce, on 5 June 2018, in an ordinary procedure, to the stock exchange trade on the primary market, the shares of Grupa Kęty S.A. if Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (the National Depositary for Securities) registers these shares on 5 June 2018 and marks them with the code: PLKETY000011. The total number of shares of Grupa Kęty S.A. admitted to trade on the stock exchange, taking into account the aforementioned 23,747 series G shares, will amount to 9,545,447 shares.
