The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Company or the Issuer) notifies about receiving information that on 31 March 2020 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as GPW) passed Resolution No. 256/2020 on admission to stock trading on the basic market of 10,500 (ten thousand five hundred) ordinary bearer shares of G series, and 1,350 (one thousand three hundred and fifty) ordinary bearer shares of H series of the Issuer, with the nominal value of PLN 2.50 (two zlotys 50/100) each.
Pursuant to § 36, § 37, and § 38 sections 1 and 3, of the Stock Exchange Regulations, and in reference to § 3a sections 1, 2 and 3 of the Stock Exchange Regulations, the Management Board of the Stock Exchange decides to introduce the Issuer’s shares in stock trading on the basic market as at 3 April 2020, providing that the Central Securities Depository of Poland registers the shares on 3 April 2020 and identifies them with the code ISIN PLKETY000011.
Legal basis: § 17.1. sub-sections 2 and 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and interim information disclosed by the issuers of securities and conditions of considering equivalent the information required by the laws of a country other than a member state.
