The Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. hereby informs that, on 9 January 2015, it received a notification by e-mail that, as a result of the acquisition of shares of Grupa Kęty S.A. (‘the Company’) concluded on 8 January 2015, Norges Bank (The Central Bank of Norway) increased its share in the total number of votes in the Company to over 5 %. Following the conclusion and settlement of the aforementioned transaction, Norges Bank (The Central Bank of Norway) held 474,048 shares of the Company that account for 5.05 % of the share capital of the Company and entitle their holder to 474,048 votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders, which accounts for 5.05 % of the total number of votes.
